Ositron respects visitors' privacy and processes the personal data collected on this site in compliance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (the General Data Protection Law — LGPD). This policy describes what data is collected, for what purpose, how long it is retained and how you can exercise your rights.
1.Data we collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary for business contact:
- Contact form data: name, corporate e-mail, company and phone, when you voluntarily provide them in the "Talk to a specialist" form.
- Message content: the area of interest and any other information you choose to send.
- IP address: the visitor's IP address is only shown on screen, strictly for information. The IP is not and will not be stored in any record, log or database.
2.Purpose of processing
Contact data and messages are used solely for Ositron to get in touch with you, respond to your request and conduct the resulting business relationship. We do not use this data for any other purpose, nor do we sell it.
3.Retention period
Messages and e-mails received through the site are stored for up to 30 days. From the 31st day, the e-mail is deleted. The IP address, since it is not stored, has no retention period.
4.Sharing
Ositron does not share, sell or transfer the collected data to third parties for marketing purposes. Any technical processors required to send and receive messages (for example, an e-mail service) handle the data only to enable contact.
5.Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may at any time request access to, correction, anonymization or deletion of your data, as well as information about its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the channel indicated below.
